Acacia Path provides industrial safety incident chart preparation, log audits, severity mapping workshops, and related briefing materials as described on our Engagements pages. We deliver professional services — not software licences, hosted dashboards, or regulatory filing on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Quotations and contracts
Rates published on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins when you accept a written quotation and pay any required deposit. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in the quotation or accompanying statement of work.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate incident records, designate an EHS contact, and obtain internal approvals for our on-site access when needed. You are responsible for removing or redacting personal data before transfer unless we perform on-site review under your confidentiality agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use delivered chart panels, atlases, and briefing materials for internal safety and governance purposes. Acacia Path retains ownership of underlying methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell or publicly distribute our deliverables without written consent.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client incident records as confidential. We do not disclose client identities or incident details in marketing without permission. Aggregated, anonymised examples may appear in field notes when no client-identifying information remains.
6. Limitation of liability
Our deliverables support internal decision-making and committee briefings. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, or engineering sign-off. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Website use
You may browse this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt site operation, scrape content for republication, or misrepresent your affiliation with Acacia Path.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
