Origin and history

Principal analyst Shin Daeun began indexing incident binders for a local metal fabrication cooperative in 2014 while consulting on EHS committee documentation. Supervisors kept paper logs with strong floor detail but no consistent way to show severity trends to visiting directors. Shin built the first brass-corner atlas by hand, cross-referencing Ministry of Employment and Labor severity guidance with the plant's internal codes.

By 2016, repeat requests from neighbouring plants led to formal registration as Acacia Path Analytics. Min-jun Park joined as field reviewer for paper log rooms. Hye-jin Choi added severity mapping workshops after several clients asked for supervisor alignment sessions before charting began. Today the team serves manufacturing, logistics, and assembly sites across Chungcheongbuk-do and neighbouring provinces.

Working approach

Every engagement starts in the log room — physical or digital — not in a slide template. We photograph binders, export CSVs, or sit beside your EHS lead to understand field vocabulary before drawing a line. Chart panels use high-contrast bands suited to projector briefings and printed atlases. Annotations reference entry numbers so reviewers can trace any point back to source records.
