This policy applies to professional engagements with Acacia Path Analytics Co., Ltd.: incident chart briefings, near-miss log audits, severity mapping workshops, and annual atlases.
1. Cancellation by client
More than ten working days before scheduled field work or draft delivery: Full refund of deposit minus any third-party costs already incurred (travel booked, printing ordered).
Five to ten working days before: Fifty percent of deposit retained; remainder refunded.
Fewer than five working days before or after work has started: Deposit non-refundable. Partial refund of remaining fees may apply if no deliverables have been produced — assessed case by case.
2. Rescheduling
One free reschedule with at least five working days' notice. Additional reschedules within the same quotation period incur KRW 150,000 administrative fee. Workshop dates may move to the next available slot in our Cheongju calendar.
3. No-shows
If our analyst arrives on site and access to log rooms or attendees is unavailable without prior notice, the visit fee is charged in full. A replacement date requires a new scheduling fee.
4. Work already started
Once indexing or chart drafting has begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. We provide a progress statement showing hours and stages completed upon cancellation request.
5. Materials purchased
Printing, binding, and shipping costs for atlases ordered on your behalf are non-refundable once production starts. Proofs approved by you are billed in full.
6. Deposits
Quarterly briefings and annual atlases: 40% deposit on acceptance. Audits and workshops: invoiced after visit unless prepaid deposit was agreed. Deposits are applied to final invoices when engagements complete.
7. Cancellation by Acacia Path
If we cancel due to illness, force majeure, or scheduling conflict, you receive a full refund of unused fees or an alternative date at your choice. We are not liable beyond refund of fees paid for the cancelled portion.
8. Dissatisfaction with deliverables
Draft panels include one revision cycle with your EHS lead. If substantive errors trace to our classification mistakes, we correct at no charge. Subjective disagreements with chart design choices after approved draft sign-off are not grounds for refund.
9. Refund process
Email info@webacaciapath.click with quotation reference and reason. Approved refunds process within fourteen business days to the original bank transfer account. Partial refunds are itemised in writing.
10. Exceptions
Rush surcharges and travel expenses are non-refundable once incurred. Custom engagement terms in signed statements of work override this policy where they differ.
